PERSIMMON APPLE PORRIDGE (Winter Digestion Guide)

Ingredients:

2 persimmons, peeled and chopped 2 apples, chopped
1 tsp cinnamon
1–2 tbsp hot water as needed

Instructions:

Cook the fruits in water until soft, then mash together. Add cinnamon and honey to taste. Serve warm.
